HOTAI is a professional thermoplastic elastomer manufacturer. In 1972, we developed our own TPR materials which can be used to produce shoe soles, and improved injection molding equipment and molds. This molding technology and material are widely used in the shoe industry today.

In order to respond to rapidly growing international market and create more diverse and advanced applications of TPE material, we started to develop and produce HTPR (Hydrogenated Thermal Plastic Rubber) based on specific requirements from various industries. We launched EMPILON as our brand name.
